Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of Bitta.ai ("Bitta," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI agent-presenter software-as-a-service that lets you upload content (such as websites, PDFs, and slides) so we can create AI agents that present that content to viewers via text and voice, including follow-up communications by email. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited or spam follow-up emails, or use the Service for bulk messaging without a legitimate basis tied to voluntary viewer engagement with your agent;
• Upload, store, or present content you do not have the rights or permissions to use;
• Present fraudulent, false, or materially misleading claims through your agents;
• Impersonate real people, organizations, or brands without clear authorization and consent where required;
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse viewers or third parties;
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to compromise systems or data;
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, quotas, or technical controls, or otherwise abuse or exploit the platform;
• Ignore, delay, or suppress opt-out, unsubscribe, or similar requests where you are required to honor them;
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or any other applicable laws or regulations.

2. Required Behavior

You must:

• Ensure uploaded content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and lawful for your intended use;
• Maintain proper consent and a lawful basis for follow-up email recipients, consistent with applicable law;
• Respect unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly and in good faith;
• Monitor your AI agents' behavior and correct inaccuracies or harmful outputs when you become aware of them;
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them improperly;
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry rules.

3. Content Standards

Your agent must not present content that promotes or centers on:

• Illegal products or services;
• Hate speech or discriminatory content;
• Sexually explicit material;
• Content that promotes violence or serious harm;
• Deceptive financial, investment, or "get rich quick" claims;
• Unauthorized or misleading health or medical advice presented as professional diagnosis or treatment.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or immediate termination of your account or access to the Service, at Bitta's discretion. Bitta reserves the right to remove content, disable agents, or take other remedial action without prior notice when we reasonably believe there is a violation of this AUP, a legal obligation, or a risk to users, viewers, or the platform.
