AI Responsibility Addendum

This AI Responsibility Addendum ("Addendum") supplements your use of Bitta.ai ("Bitta," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI agent-presenter software-as-a-service. You upload content (such as websites, PDFs, and slides); Bitta helps you create AI agents that present that content to viewers via text and voice and may follow up via email. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
This Addendum supplements our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service govern unless this Addendum expressly states otherwise.
1. AI Limitations
You acknowledge that:
- AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses;
- AI agents are not human representatives and should not be presented as such without appropriate context and disclosure;
- AI cannot guarantee legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance accuracy;
- Responses are generated from your uploaded content and configuration and may not perfectly reflect your intent or official positions.
2. Disclosure
You are encouraged to inform viewers that they are interacting with an AI agent where it supports clarity and trust. Some jurisdictions may require specific AI or automated-system disclosures. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable AI disclosure, consumer protection, and related laws in the regions where you operate and where your viewers are located.
3. Content Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you upload. Your AI agent presents information derived from your materials. Bitta does not verify the accuracy of your content or the suitability of your agent's outputs for any particular purpose. You should regularly review your agent's responses, especially for high-stakes or regulated topics.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide lawful, rights-cleared, and accurate source content;
- Review agent responses for critical, sensitive, or regulated topics before relying on them;
- Report unexpected, offensive, or harmful AI behavior to Bitta promptly;
- Ensure follow-up emails generated or sent in connection with your agent are appropriate, truthful, and compliant with law;
- Not rely on AI agents for legal, medical, or financial advice without review by qualified professionals.
5. Training & Data
Your content is not used to train Bitta's general AI models. Your materials are processed to operate your specific agents—for example, to generate presentations and responses tied to your account. Conversation and interaction data are used to provide analytics and to improve your agent's performance within your use of the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and related documentation.
6. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bitta and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) AI-generated content presented through your agent; (b) follow-up or other communications sent on your behalf or in connection with your use of the Service; (c) viewer or third-party reliance on AI-generated information you make available; or (d) your use of the Service in violation of applicable laws or agreements.
