Bitta.ai ("Bitta," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI agent-presenter software-as-a-service that allows users to upload content to create and deploy AI agents. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. For details on content ownership and user responsibilities, refer to those Terms.
1. Overview
Bitta respects the intellectual property rights of others. Users upload content to create AI agents on our platform. If you believe that material available through the Service infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure below so we can investigate and respond appropriately.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), send a written communication to siyuan.guo@bitta.ai that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that material (for example, a URL, agent identifier, or other specific location on the Service).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to siyuan.guo@bitta.ai that includes:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which Bitta may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Bitta may terminate or disable access for users who are repeat infringers of others' copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, use, and present any content through your agents. Do not upload or use copyrighted materials without proper authorization from the rights holder.
