SMS Program Terms

These SMS Program Terms govern transactional text messages from Bitta.ai to users who have opted in. They supplement our other terms and policies. By opting in to SMS, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Bitta.ai sends transactional text messages to users who have opted in. These may include:

• Account verification codes;
• Agent build confirmations;
• System status updates and alerts.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.

2. Opt-In

You must provide consent through our online form with an explicit checkbox during account creation. By checking the box, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your Bitta.ai account.

3. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS from Bitta.ai. Reply START to re-subscribe.

4. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email siyuan.guo@bitta.ai.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive multiple messages in a day if your activity triggers alerts.

6. Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.

7. Carriers Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes

Bitta.ai may update these terms. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires additional steps.
